The choreographer who is a New Orleans native wanted a space suggesting a decaying house where the dancers would have to negotiate around, over & on the objects in the room.
Produced during the pandemic, this piece was filmed with individual masked dancers performing in the space one at a time.
"Mirror Wall" built for another piece performed on an open stage. Dancers were able to move on & behind the unit.
"Flowers in the Attic" - the choreographer was interested in having dancers filmed in the stage manager/spotlight booth that overlooks the theater stage. His design request was for "flowers and old technology." Several of the pictures are from the catwalk looking into the booth where parts of the piece were filmed.
